Get Clearer Skin With 6 Easy Steps
I’m writing this because I know there are millions of people out there with an acne flare-up that doesn’t want to go away. If you’re like me, you have tried all of the regular advice. But, what if I told you that in order to have clear skin you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars every month? Actually, you may not need to spend anything.
So, that being said, here is my simple 6 Steps To Clearer Skin:
1. Drink plenty of pure water. Many people with acne problems continue to drink all of those sodas that have a lot of acid, colors, etc. These drinks can make a wreck of your face. Leave those alone stick with water. You don’t have to use the expensive “designer” waters. Just regular distilled water is all you need.
2. Regularly drink green tea (1 to 2 times a day if you like). Green tea has many properties that will help in decreasing your acne problems.
3. Eliminate all fried foods from your diet. Yes, I know many dermatologists don’t agree with this advice. What I have found is that when I stopped eating fried foods, my complexion automatically started improving to the point where I was glad I had stopped.
4. Eat a several servings of vegetables and fruits every day (raw and organic are best). Yeah, I know you have heard this before, but some of you are still not doing it. Most vegetables and fruits are loaded with antioxidants and vitamins that can accelerate healing and clearing up skin problems.
5. Use pure vitamin E oil for your face. It may take a little while but, it will make your look good in about two to three months. Apply it to your face every night before you go to bed.
6. Eliminate stress. For many people, stress can result in breakouts of acne. Some individuals are not good at dealing with stress. Your body reacts adversely to the stress, and this can cause breakouts of acne.
Follow these steps and take your time. Give yourself 3 to 6 months to see improvements in your skin. For these steps to work properly, add each step to your regular routine. If these don’t help, consult your local skin care expert.
