For example, it’s not out of the realm of the impossible for death to occur as a result of having plastic surgery done. Some patients have had facial nerves severed with unpredictable muscular results. There is also the risk of tissue death as well as the possibility of incisions becoming infected.

There is no promise that if you undergo a facelift, you’ll be totally thrilled with the result. There are no guarantees.
